Have you gotten your flu shot? It’s not too late to protect yourself and others!
Influenza, or the flu, is an extremely contagious upper respiratory illness that can lead to serious health complications, hospitalization or even death.
Take every precaution to protect yourself with a vaccination.
A flu shot is recommended for everyone age 6 months or older. The vaccination is especially important for protecting those at high risk, including:
- young children
- pregnant women
- adults 65 years and older
- anyone with chronic health conditions such as asthma, diabetes and heart disease
